Health and Safety Resource Officer - £31,578 pa
About the role
As part of the Building Safety team, you will ensure that Hightown meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations in areas including gas safety, water safety, asbestos, electrical safety, detection, fire safety fire risk assessments, Lift/LOLER requirements.
As well as administering the delivery a high-quality responsive service, you will ensure compliance in all M&E services, ensuring systems and installations comply fully with all statutory and regulatory requirements and Accepted Codes of Practice. You will ensure M&E systems offer safe, reliable, high quality and consistent services to residents and other stakeholders.
You will support the Building Safety Team in the management, monitoring and delivery of a high quality and robust compliance and responsive service, ensuring through your work that Hightown remain compliant, in regards of its statutory obligations.
You will monitor and plan servicing programmes and plans of work relating to statutory Health and Safety compliance, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required standards, ensuring all necessary certification is in place at all times.
You will ensure that Hightown servicing compliance data, is kept up to date, reporting on performance as needed on the data, ensuring value for money.
