Collaborate with leaders and the People & Culture team to review and improve EDI&B practices. Act as a key contact for EDI&B-related support and guidance for staff. Help develop inclusive policies and practices across the organisation. Coordinate Employee-Led Network reps for the EDI&B Steering Committee and promote network Champions with the Wellbeing Lead.
