SNAP is a digital business with a need for safe and secure infrastructure available 365 days per year and 24/7. The Cybersecurity and Compliance Analyst shall ensure that business interruption is minimized through maintaining all infrastructure and software protection with appropriate cyber security controls.
This role will maintain our security through continued compliance to (DCC) IT standards, undertaking necessary action to resolve any identified issues, responding to cyber security alerts or vulnerabilities detected from the relevant tooling, reviewing all change with security and compliance as the primary focus and evidencing compliance to these standards via internal auditing processes. The key areas of responsibility are Cyber Security Incident Response, Access Controls, Networking and Infrastructure best practices, Governance of IT, End User and Customer security, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Change Management and 3rd Party Management. The role is also responsible for undertaking Pen Testing Assessments, PCI Compliance Assessments, Disaster Recovery Testing and CIRP Testing exercises as per our schedule amongst other quarterly and monthly tasks.
Overall, this is a key role in the business as it develops into a true European entity and undergoes change to achieve this mission. It is imperative that the business develops whilst maintaining excellent cyber security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring our continued excellent security posture and IT Essentials health status with DCC.
* Customers and SNAP users are protected from Cyber Security threats.
* Customer data is securely held in line with group IT requirements and all applicable laws.
* PCI compliance is maintained within the business across all payment platforms.
* Responsible for ensuring that any IT and Product Team Change considers our security and compliance with DCC IT Standards, including the delivery of any new infrastructure design through 3rd parties.
* Data and software backups are assured and tested regularly.
* Network security rules and design are reviewed regularly.
* All scheduled compliance activities are completed, and any remediating actions are completed to deadline.
