SEN Teaching Assistant Annual Salary: £13 - £15 per hour Location: Luton Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our clients team. In this role, you will support the classroom teacher and contribute to creating a positive learning environment for students across various age groups. Day-to-day of the role: Assist the classroom teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide additional support as needed. Assist in setting up and maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment. Help to manage student behaviour in a positive and constructive manner. Assist in preparing and grading student assignments and assessments. Provide support to students with special needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement school activities and events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
