A qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) sought to join a well-established and successful sustainability consultancy that is looking for an experienced OCDEA to work remotely, contributing from day one.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have at least two years of experience in a similar role
2. Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
3. Have the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
4. Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
5. Be familiar with planning and Part L building regulations
6. Ability to calculate U-values and Thermal Bridging
7. Experience with Level 3 and 4 Commercial EPCs preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. Deliver a high volume of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure client compliance with Part L and timely EPC issuance
3. Provide high-quality consultancy services and written reports at planning and construction stages to meet planning requirements and building regulations Part L
4. Leverage team resources to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality advice and assessments
