Role terms
Starting salary: Band B – £23,151 to £23,831 (Full Time Equivalent – pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: 30 to 37 hours per week: within Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm and includes one evening cover a week up to 8:15pm
Role type: Permanent
Place of work: 35 The Avenue, Southampton, SO17 1XN – temporarily based in The Boathouse, Cranbury Terrace, SO14 0LH, and occasionally working at our Advice Centre, High Street, Southampton, SO14 2DF to provide cover

About the role
Part of our Administration team, you’ll be providing administrative support to service delivery teams in No Limits.
As an Administration Officer, you must:
1. Have strong communication skills, including a good telephone manner and excellent empathy and listening skills when talking with young people, family members or professionals
2. Be able to use your own initiative when dealing with difficult situations
3. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection when storing/sharing confidential/sensitive data
4. Accurately record and process data, with attention to detail and in a timely manner – all communications with young people, family, friends or professionals must be recorded on the No Limits database
