Within the HR Division, Organisational Capability seeks to enable organisational performance through developing the capabilities our colleagues need today and for the future. Our work is based in effective diagnosis and delivery of people solutions that drive the organisation forward. Through working with other experts on the team, you will support the delivery of our AI Programme, specifically supporting with the design, development and delivery of AI focussed capability interventions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and keen to deepen their experience in the areas of capability development and employee experience. This role is offered as a 12 month FTC What you will be doing Support the delivery of learning interventions to increase all colleague comfort and capability levels in AI, digital and data Design and develop, either alone or through working with suppliers, high-quality digital learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, infographics, sharepoint pages, and other resources, to meet the learning objectives Create visually compelling infographics to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively Write engaging scripts for video and audio content, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with the programme's tone and objectives Independently edit videos and create/edit graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite to deliver polished multimedia outputs Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance Apply instructional design principles to develop interactive and accessible learning content tailored to diverse learner profiles Use eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to create modules with quizzes, activities, and simulations What will you get from the role The role will give you exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the FCA. Which skills are required?
