We are seeking to appoint a confident and adaptive Behaviour Support Worker to join one of our inclusive Catholic Primary Academies from January 2025 on a full-time basis. You will join a supportive staff team, enabling effective behaviour management, intervention and high engagement in lessons for all pupils within your care. The Primary School ethos is centred on effective collaboration and positive relationships, that embrace challenge and encourage high achievement and support. Part of a close-knit community of learning, they are proud to offer a vibrant and nurturing place of learning, where pupils and staff feel valued and respected.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, dependent on experience.
We are seeking applicants with:
* A full and relevant Teaching Assistant/Support Worker qualification or equivalent.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
* A calm and consistent approach to learning support.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
