Looking for your next opportunity in customer service? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Boldon on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in keeping our hire operations running smoothly - from managing contracts and liaising with engineers to supporting the repair and delivery process.
What you'll be doing:
1. Coordinating hire contracts - ensuring timely delivery, collection, or exchanges
2. Supporting customer service and the repair business to help grow revenue
3. Working closely with our engineering team on equipment servicing and repairs
4. Assisting in planning logistics with our Operations Managers
Your hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 07.30-16.30 or 08.00-17.00
