The Client
Our client is a privately owned construction company that delivers single source construction and engineering solutions to the UK’s public and private sectors, with a specialism in healthcare. They are looking for a Service & Facilities Manager to join their team.
The Role of Service & Facilities Manager
Working within the Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Team, the role and responsibilities of the Service & Facilities Manager include, but are not limited to, the overall site and Total FM delivery across all planned maintenance and reactive works to ensure an optimal work environment and first-class service:
Responsibilities of the Service & Facilities Manager
* Take ownership of projects throughout their entire lifecycle from inception and tender to ongoing delivery and operational management.
* Produce, update, and manage Service & Maintenance Proposals / Agreements / Renewals.
* Manage and co-ordinate all planned maintenance visits with subcontractors, clients, and/or client representatives.
* Responsible for ensuring PPM and compliance across all contracts.
* Handle reactive works across sites ensuring efficient outcomes within set SLAs.
* Financial control and reporting on supply chain partners and client accounts.
* Monthly commercial reporting.
* Client engagement and management (attending meetings as necessary).
* Maintain all associated systems and documentation.
* Managing repairs, maintenance, and supply chain performance.
* Liaise with the client to ensure KPIs/actions required are being dealt with.
* Maintaining client & contractor relationships.
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with HTM Regulations/British Standards and health and safety policies, engineers CPD, insurances, and RAMS provided.
* Aftercare support when required.
