Your role is crucial in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.\n\nKey Duties: \n\nResearch and identify potential customers via calls, emails, and social media outreach.\n Be the first point of contact for new enquires, conducting conversations with prospects to understand their needs and introduce our services\nAssess and qualify leads to align with our target market\nWork with the Business Development team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects\n Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system\n Stay updated on industry trends and customer pain points\nMeet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, and appointments\nParticipate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.\nAssist other sales departments during high enquiry periodsThe Candidate: \n\nHighly motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.\nExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.\nOutstanding customer service experience and proven sales experience.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and a confident approach to technology.\nA self-motivated team player who seeks personal and professional development.
