We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Buxton, Derbyshire. This role will involve mentoring, supporting, and inspiring learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in various educational settings, including the classroom, home tuition, outreach programs, and outdoor activities. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the development of students' academic and personal growth. You will assist in preparing learning materials, contribute to the delivery of learning objectives, and maintain a strong focus on behavioural management. You will also interact with parents/caregivers and provide daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning.
