If you’re an experienced and passionate Registered Manager with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a desire to make a meaningful difference, this is the perfect role for you The Role: Registered Children’s Home Manager Lead the establishment and opening of a new children’s home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted National Minimum Standards. Deliver a high-quality, dependable service aligned with the organisation's values and standards. Regularly assess and evaluate practices to enhance service delivery, recommending and implementing improvements. Provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for staff, young people, and their families. Oversee and manage the recruitment, supervision, and development of Deputy Managers and care staff. Foster an environment of excellence, promoting a child-centred, solution-focused approach to care. Actively contribute to the diversification and growth of the organisation’s services. About You Essential: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake). Proven track record of success as a Registered Manager, with demonstrable Ofsted experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with young people with behavioural difficulties. A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance.
