Commissioning Manager
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commissioning Manager and work on nationwide projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the commissioning process for new construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Monitor progress and track milestones throughout the commissioning phase.
* Ensure all systems are correctly installed and fully operational before project handover.
* Coordinate with various contractors involved in the commissioning process.
* Develop and adhere to schedules and timelines for the commissioning process.
* Maintain compliance with company quality systems ISO's.
* Identify and address delays proactively, mitigating risks effectively.
* Resolve issues promptly during the commissioning process.
* Provide regular updates to clients and Project Managers regarding commissioning activities.
* Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Willingness to travel and work away, with a compensation package.
* Experience with generators is desirable.
* Recognized qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
* Previous experience in commissioning coordination or a related field is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality systems.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Effective coordination with various stakeholders and contractors.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
What We Offer
* Competitive market salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
