About the role:
Are you passionate about delivering seamless and memorable events? As an Events & Group Coordinator, youll be the driving force behind private events, group dining in F&B outlets, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
In this dynamic role, you will conduct site visits, provide event consultations, and offer creative solutions to enhance guest experiences.
You will manage event logistics from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices, you will continuously refine and elevate our event experiences.
Managing reservations to liaising with clients and coordinating with internal teams.
Assisting Sales and F&B team with the day-to-day operation.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events/reservations simultaneously.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility required as per business needs
High level of professionalism, discretion, and a keen eye for detail.
