We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active and results-driven assistant store manager to join the team in our store. The Role
The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager and be their biggest support, ensuring the commercial success of the store and managing the operational aspects of a high-performing store.
What to Expect from the Role
1. Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store’s targets while exemplifying exemplary Pandora customer service.
2. Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, team organisation, security management, and tracking sales performance.
3. Manage the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
4. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence around the store and influencing the sales space.
5. Become a Pandora product expert and nurture the store team to unlock their full potential.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader and a passionate team player who will confidently support their team to provide an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
