This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to undertake a varied and interesting management role in an ambitious and growing local organisation. We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and highly competent Business Support Manager to support the smooth running of our charities operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will handle areas including HR, health and safety, finance, facilities management, and administration.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:
1. Managing office premises, supplies and facilities.
2. Managing the organisational Health and Safety and acting as the designated Health and Safety Officer.
3. Overseeing IT and data projects and compliance.
4. Maintaining organisational policies and managing the annual quality assessments.
5. Developing, implementing and reviewing organisations processes and procedures.
6. Providing data and administrative support to the CEO including minute-taking and meeting coordination up to governance level.
7. Handling basic bookkeeping, the finance processes and reporting.
8. Managing HR administration and supporting recruitment.
