We require an experienced Account Manager to join us as one of our Relationship Managers, to assist the Head of Relationship Management to develop, alongside leading, managing and supporting the development of our Relationship Support Assistants. This is a rare opportunity to join our invaluable relationship management team, and you will advise on managing our relationships with external organisations, overseeing mutually beneficial working relationships which are built upon clearly communicated strategic priorities and policies.

Assist business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects
Manage stakeholder forums, meetings and management information
Ensure relevant management information is compiled and analysed
To comply with all FCA policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
Contract management - oversee and advise on implementation of new/revised contracts, agreeing appropriate servicing agreements and management information
Advising senior management of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively
Attend, minute, chair or manage governance for Clients
Track and report key functional metrics to ensure company service levels are achieved, flagging potential issues or breaches and ensuring remediation plans are put in force where appropriate
Flexible, approachable and have a positive attitude
Previous experience working as a Relationship Manager, Procurement Manager or Contract Manager
Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
Corporate experience in stakeholder engagement and management is desirable
Previous experience of mortgage processing, financial services or similar environment would be beneficial
