Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 2 Lesson Support Assistant you will:
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs, preferably in an educational setting.
* Confidence and compassion in providing personal care where necessary.
* Strong behavior management skills and a patient, child-centered approach.
* A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
