Are you an experienced Administrator who is friendly, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and works well within a team? Marston Forest Healthcare in Bedfordshire is looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team.
To provide non-clinical and clinical admin support to the Administration and Practice Management Teams, Doctors, and Health Professionals, which includes reception duties and admin duties. Candidates will have the initiative and take responsibility for daily decision-making; have an innovative approach to problem-solving and developing services; ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to meet service demands. In addition, the post-holder will be required to prepare and attend meetings as needed and work flexibly to meet departmental and service needs.

We provide excellent healthcare, with both clinical staff consisting of GPs, Nurses, FCPs, Midwives, Mental Health Link Workers, Social Prescriber CAMHS, HCAs, and community staff, Clinical Pharmacists, and Clinical Technicians, along with administrative staff.
Job responsibilities
The job description is attached. We are seeking a full-time candidate to work Monday 8.30 am - 6.30 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 2 pm, Wednesday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, Thursday 8 am - 2 pm, and Friday 8 am - 6 pm each week. Expectations can be discussed in depth at the interview. The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication and organization skills, which will come naturally while supporting colleagues in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Evidence of delivering a high level of customer care to patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives.

Qualifications
* GCSE English, Maths Grade C or above
* Ability to use Systm1 software
* Experience in working in Primary Care/NHS
* Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word/Excel
