Performing routine health checks, including blood pressure, weight, and height measurements. Taking blood samples (phlebotomy). Conducting ECGs, urine testing, and other diagnostic tests as required. Administering flu vaccines and assisting with immunisation clinics. Supporting chronic disease management reviews under clinical supervision. Providing lifestyle advice to promote health and wellbeing. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Assisting with administrative tasks and clinic preparation. What Were Looking For: Experience as a Health Care Assistant, ideally within a primary care or similar healthcare setting. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (desirable). Phlebotomy skills (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, professional attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn and undertake further training.
