Job Description
1. Conduct research to gain a comprehensive understanding of your territory and identify opportunities.
2. Develop and enhance the performance of both new and existing dealers through tailored training solutions that support warranty sales.
3. Employ a consultative sales approach to identify new business opportunities with target accounts.
4. Address client queries effectively, liaising with management as needed.
5. Present, negotiate, and overcome objections to secure business from target dealer accounts.
6. Plan and strategize to achieve monthly new business KPIs and drive growth.
7. Analyze reporting systems to pinpoint areas needing additional focus in your territory.
8. Organize and manage your own schedule for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
1. Preferred sales experience in a dealership or field-based environment.
2. Strong self-confidence and relationship-building skills.
3. Comfortable with cold-calling and skilled at thinking on your feet.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to an evolving business landscape.
5. Highly motivated and eager to achieve success.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
7. Strong customer service skills, comfortable with making proposals to management.
