We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant/ Advisor (m/f/d) for our shop in London.
Our mission is to make the market for ophthalmology accessible to everyone in the United Kingdom. Tasks
* You will consistently deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism in every interaction
* You will work to achieve impressive sales results and surpass performance targets
* You will ensure that the shop is well-organized and products are secured in line with our Company standards
* Handling the CRM system with precision, you will accurately process all transactions
* By paying close attention to detail, you will review prescriptions and recognize any special needs, consulting with an Optician as needed
* Even during busy times and under pressure, you will complete your tasks accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
* You have completed vocational training
* You already have experience in sales and customer service, in addition, prior experience in the optical field would be advantageous
* You place a high value on accuracy and precision
* You are empathetic, open, and communicative
* You enjoy interacting with people and present yourself in a well-groomed manner
* Your proficiency in the English language is excellent
