As a Client Services Technician, you will be responsible for assisting and deputising in the maintenance and management of mechanical, electrical, and building-related assets and services, ensuring compliance with required standards. The role involves prioritising reactive and planned preventative maintenance, collating maintenance data and reports for audits, and ensuring smooth facility operations.This position requires 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexible timings, covering core hours between 07:00 and 17:00. Additionally, participation in the Call-Out System is required to provide support during staff absences due to holidays or sickness. The role also includes supervisory deputisation when necessary. Help to maintain L8 folder, carry out all water management tasks, carry out quarterly audits on management books
To administer the PPM system and ensure that it is current, help the team too if required with assistance or technical help when required
