Clerk and Company Secretary to the Trustees
The Trustees and Chief Executive are looking for a highly organised and reliable Clerk and Company Secretary to work alongside them to plan, organise, minute and maintain records of their business.
The Clerk will also work closely with the Executive Team to review and maintain statutory documentation, and in preparing papers for onward presentation to the Trustees at the appropriate meetings.
The person we are looking for will have top quality written and presentation skills. Literacy, grammar, spelling and note-taking skills must be excellent and we will be looking for this in the application and interview process.

The days/times to be worked will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the Trustee and Executive meeting and business schedules, with some early evening work being necessary on pre-arranged occasions. There will be some capacity for conducting work at home but a significant amount of time will be necessary at the Trust offices in Witney OX28 4AX.
A part time annual salary of £10,538 to £11,639 is offered paid over 12 equal salary payments. This equates to an hourly rate of £16.10 to £17.79.
