A school based in the SP5 are in need of a strong, determined and open minded educator to work within a small year 4 classroom.
Job Title: Year 4 Teacher

Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £ 500 - £700 per week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a varied and inclusive curriculum to help students progress.
Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
Implement effective strategies for behaviour management to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and fellow teachers to create a collaborative and supportive school community.
Contribute to school-wide initiatives and participate in staff meetings and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, addressing concerns and celebrating achievements.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students, following all safeguarding policies and procedures.
Recognize and act on any safeguarding concerns, reporting to the relevant authorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching primary-aged children (preferably Year 4).
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with challenging behaviour.
Have an Enhanced DBS and on the update service.
