HGV C1 DRIVERS, C+E DRIVERS, HGV C1 STORE DELIVERIES, C1 DRIVING WORK, HGV DRIVING WORK, HGV C1 WORK BEDFORD, C+E DRIVING WORK BEDFORD, HGV CLASS 1 WORK.
Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 store delivery drivers for our client based in Bedford, either full-time ongoing or part-time.
The Work
* Pre-journey vehicle checks.
* Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site.
* 2-4 store deliveries per day with the use of a pump truck.
* Uplift and return cages and pallets from the previous delivery.
* Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk.
Requirements
* You must have a minimum of 6 months C1 experience.
* No more than 9 penalty points; IN, DD, DR, TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses.
* UK Driving licence, UK Driver qualification card, and valid UK CPC card.
* A good understanding of driver rules, regulations, and WTD.
* Be physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages from the vehicle to the store warehouse.
* You must be professional, courteous, reliable, and punctual.
* Your own PPE is required.
Full-time Shift Patterns and Start Times
* Various shift patterns available that must include a Saturday, Sunday, or both.
* Start times: 0800-1500.
Part-time Shifts
* Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
