This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated consultant or newly qualified trainee to provide clinical and strategic leadership to a well functioning CMHT. This will include participating in the Section 12 rota Teaching and training staff, especially junior doctors and medical students, but also other clinical staff and trainees of all discipline Providing supervision to Junior Doctors: the team includes one CT1-3 trainee and one Specialty doctor. Management qualification and/or extensive knowledge and expertise acquired through training and experience up to doctoral level. Endorsement or experience of rehabilitation psychiatry Knowledge Essential criteria Possesses range of clinical knowledge, skills relevant to post. Exercises sound clinical risk management.
