Main Duties:
1. Project Administration and handling customer inquiries
2. Placing and managing orders on our supply chain and coordinating with project teams.
3. Maintain various databases
4. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source prices and delivery information.
5. Expediting site deliveries and subcontractor involvement, as required.
6. Completion of PQQs (pre-qualification questionnaires) and ITTs (invitations to tender).
7. Work under the direction of Directors and General Managers to support pricing exercises and quotations, including take offs, measuring from drawings and creating bills of quantities.
8. Visiting sites to measure quantities, if required.
9. Ensuring various project documentation is complete, saved correctly and distributed accordingly.
10. Providing project updates to clients and project teams
11. Providing project information to Finance
12. Any other duties as directed by your manager
Ideally, you will have gained previous experience as a Project Administrator, Trainee Estimator, or Trainee Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment.
