The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and advice to clients to maximise client satisfaction and achieve the Payment Plan growth & development targets in support of the business strategy. Key responsibilities Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed Manage relationships with assigned clients, including completing quarterly reviews Process Accident & Emergency Insurance Stand-Alone Scheme Support Business Development Managers with tasks such as: Appointment booking, discussion with practices regarding products and services available, new business set up across all relevant systems. Provide professional support and advice to clients ensuring the highest level of service is provided. Including but not limited to: promotion of products and services ensuing needs are met, support practices in the set up of plans, including marketing and growth, answer and resolve all queries within agreed service standards Ensure all administration is dealt with in a professional manner and within agreed service standards. Including but not limited to: General plan administration, notification of payments, reconciliation, and the processing of monthly reports, breakdowns, refunds, and credits, maintain accurate records and audit trails on all relevant systems Process Price Increases upon request, with all areas completed within agreed service standards as per the Price Increase Process Working with internal and external stakeholders on process and software, with a focus on efficiencies Maintain and develop own technical competence Knowledge, skills and experience Ability to provide thorough payment plan reviews with association members Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone and managing relationships to provide an excellent client experience An excellent administrator, quality orientated with a consistent attention to detail Consistent adherence to professional standards Organised, resourceful, and deadline driven, Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment 1-2 years of office/admin experience (preferred) Knowledge of the UK Insurance Industry (preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided) Willing to study towards your CII qualification What we offer 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Your birthday off Group Personal Pension Bonus scheme A holiday buy scheme An array of health and wellbeing benefits, company cash plan, income protection and life assurance Enhanced sick pay and parental leave Support and funding toward study and professional qualifications Paid time off for volunteering Lloyd & Whyte offer a range of specialist insurance services to a variety of clients.
