WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
An individual with a creative mind and an analytical approach will thrive in an environment where forward thinking, developing solutions and business proposals are encouraged. We are looking for a highly skilled manager, a strong character who has a hands-on approach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team. Knowledge of ‘Opera’ would be beneficial but not essential. You will need a passion for this sector of the industry and delivering outstanding service, in an environment where guests have high expectations. Experience in the Rooms Division sector of the hospitality industry is essential, with a preference for those candidates who have worked in a quality driven, high volume environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
The role of Assistant Front of House Manager forms part of the Management Team. In this position you will work closely with other operational Managers to ensure that the guest and five-star service delivery is at the centre of everything that we do. The successful candidate and their team will be expected to always deliver the ultimate guest experience, where employees interact with guests in a relaxed, pleasant but professional manner.
