Job Title: Part Time Finance Manager

Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 (£40,000 - £45,000 full time equivalent)

Hours: 21-25 hours per week (flexible over 3-4 days)

Location: Solihull

Description:

A well established and successful Charity is seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing a small team on a daily basis. The Finance Manager will ensure efficiency of internal processes and will communicate effectively with the wider business, the senior leadership team and Trustees regarding financial performance of the charity.

Key Duties:

1. Enhance, streamline and review the charity financial policies and procedures, adapting to changes in regulations when required, whilst keeping accurate records at all times
2. Maintain legally compliant financial records
3. Compile and submit quarterly VAT returns
4. Record Gift Aid payments
5. Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
