Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to learners, both in the classroom and during outreach and outdoor activities Assist in lesson preparation and contribute to engaging, structured learning experiences Support behavioural management strategies and track student progress through daily reports Foster strong, positive relationships with students, parents and caregivers What We’re Looking For: A committed and passionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with SEND Previous experience working with children, initially in a SEND or educational setting Adaptability, resilience and a proactive approach to learning and development An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Us?
