You will oversee caretaking and other support facilities arrangements to develop and maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment for all. You will take a leading role in maintaining and developing school’s premises and grounds. You will be a reliable and self-motivated individual with effective interpersonal skills and previous supervisory experience. You will be able to effectively organise and supervise staff and contractors and be able to understand and apply regulations. An ability to carry out basic building repairs and maintenance and grounds maintenance is required. You must have a driving licence and use of their own vehicle. Travel expenses will be paid as per trust policy.
