The Role
Environmental Operations and Greenspace Services are responsible for the delivery of a range of important frontline functions which includes Street Cleansing. You will work as part of a multi-skilled street cleansing team primarily operating a range of mechanical sweepers cleaning highways, pavements and other areas. To carry out other environmental cleansing duties, manual litter picking, litter bin emptying etc. as and when required. Working hours are 36 hours Monday to Friday, Based at Hyde Depot.
About You
Minimum requirements:
1. Possession of a full driving licence minimum C1 category
2. Recorded history of CPC training (current CPC card)
3. Possession of a digital tachograph card
4. Experience of driving a compact mechanical sweeper desirable but not essential as training will be given
