About the role
* We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Early Careers Development Assistant Manager to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in managing and coordinating multiple professional qualification and certification programs and apprenticeships, ensuring that our trainees receive quality training and development opportunities to excel in their careers.
* The role requires a strong understanding of various professional qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholder's and partners.
* Managing the day-to-day governance and processes across multiple professional qualifications, apprenticeships and professional development activity to ensure quality service, with a focus on future firm requirements. This will include the whole qualification lifecycle from onboarding, on-programme support and progress and results tracking, monitoring compliance through to successful completion, reporting to Professional Education Manager regularly.
* Supporting the Professional Education Manager with Developing and implementing strategies to align professional qualification and apprenticeship programs with the Mazars' goals, ensuring that they contribute to the overall talent development strategy.
* Provide guidance and support to trainees pursuing professional qualifications and participating in apprenticeships, assisting them with enrolment, study resources, and exam preparation.
* Analyse performance reporting to support and drive programmes, resulting in strong trainee engagement and success.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in managing professional qualification and apprenticeship programmes and projects in a professional services environment
* Experience with people management/leading a team
* In-depth knowledge of various professional qualification frameworks and apprenticeship standards
* Strong organisational skills to effectively oversee multiple programs simultaneously
