You will be the public face of the Council. Promoting good relations with the community and representing the organisation professionally at all times. School enforcement is a key part of the service and patrols are carried out morning and afternoon around all schools in the Borough. Shift times consist of two rotas. 06:45 to 15:09 and 10:45 to 19:09. One week will be the early shift and the following week will be the late shift. You will work 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and Bank Holidays. One hour for lunch. Full uniform is supplied including footwear. Full PPE is also supplied. Training will be given until the expected standard is reached. Once fully trained you will be assigned an area of the town daily.
