They are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker, who has experience within a Children and Young People setting. Their intention is for this role is to move into Deputy Manager before your first 6 months, so if you have experience as a Senior and have the drive/passion to develop, this is the role for you!
This is for a permanent full-time role.
Role Overview:
1. Providing 24-hour care, for Children/Young People (8-18 yrs) with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and/or learning disabilities.
2. Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, including behavioural support, mental health, non-verbal communication, and learning difficulties.
