Accounts Administrator Banbridge We are proud to be partnering with a trusted client to recruit a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.You'll have the opportunity to grow in your role, while playing an important part in our client's continued success. What you'll get: Competitive salary up to £31,000 Casual dress code Company pension On-site parking What you'll do: Accurately manage financial records using accounting software Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices in Sterling, Euro, and US Dollars Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, EC Sales lists, and One Stop Shop VAT returns, ensuring all payments to HMRC are made on time Oversee credit control processes Reconcile Sterling and Euro bank accounts, as well as account statements Regularly update and maintain financial reports and summaries Manage weekly payroll processing Administer and update the company pension scheme Address and resolve any account-related inquiries Prepare annual accounts for submission to the accountant Perform additional administrative tasks as needed What you'll need: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage Live 50 Accounts is an advantage but not required Strong bookkeeping skills with a good understanding of accounting principles Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues Professional, friendly, and helpful telephone manner Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Hear more?
