As part of the Consumers Products Division, you'll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.
HOW WE RECRUIT

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You Will:
1. Be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L for your portfolio of CPD brands both in-store & online.
2. Take ownership of managing the brand strategies within the retailers and identifying opportunities for growth, with a particular focus on a market-share winning plan.
3. Be the key point of contact with senior stakeholders at multiple retailers across all categories.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions across the division.
5. Build credible and collaborative working relationships with your customers & key cross-functional contacts.
6. Present new business opportunities to multiple stakeholders.
7. Develop retailer-centric strategies for your customers; identify joint objectives and build plans for mutual growth.
8. Sell brand & product propositions & negotiate commercial plans.
9. Influence future initiatives and collaborations.
10. Manage all lines of the P&L from sell in down to gross margin.
11. Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand.
ABOUT YOU
You Have:
1. Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
2. Strong influencing skills.
3. Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
4. Experience in managing complexity within a fast-paced sales/retail environment.
5. Enthusiasm and passion for working in a team.
6. Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail.
