Lead with Excellence – Operations Manager Wanted Seaton House, St Andrews' newest 5-star hotel opening in February 2025, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Seaton House runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to housekeeping, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service. Work closely with Roy Brett and the Ondine team to ensure seamless integration of the restaurant within the hotel. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring cost efficiency. Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a high-end hotel or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
