Group Control VP Finance - Technology & Innovation
We’re looking for a VP, Central Finance & Group Control to join us.
The VP Finance, Central Finance & Group Control is responsible for overseeing all capital allocation aspects within the Technology & Innovation (T&I) domain, covering Platform Technology, Customer Experience, Service Delivery & Operations, Networks, Mobile & Cloud, Data & AI, Security & Ventures.
What will you be doing?
* Capital Allocation oversight across Central T&I domain
* Finance lead for all key commercial project / contracts within Central T&I domain
* Finance lead for cross-OpCo T&I projects
* Support implementation of groupwide scale and best practice initiatives
* Finance representative on key governance forums e.g. Monthly OpCo Governance Committees
* Finance lead and point of approval for ongoing Infosys partnership
* Implementation and ongoing ownership of Audit, Risk & Compliance within T&I domain
* Delivery of on-time and to-quality internal monthly reporting to align with control framework and external reporting specified requirements
* Creation and ongoing evolution of Plan of Record, translating into annual Budgets, steering capital allocation and highlighting risks & opportunities
* Provide ongoing financial insight and steering to CTO & Tech MD community
* Responsible for the financial translation of business issues and developments
* Participate in substantial operational and financial review meetings with Central management
* Create and foster a proactive approach to smarter, cost effective support and implementation models that challenge status quo
* Manage through delegation. Build high levels of trust to increase team performance
* Build high performing teams that are able to both support and challenge the business

* A proven track record in a finance leadership role with a high trajectory and breadth of background
* Evidence of taking self out of comfort zone and picking things up quickly
* Equity telling experience with corporate development expertise
