On offer is a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, along with an extensive benefits package The successful Civil/Structural Engineer will be responsible for: Leading and managing the commercial, managerial, and technical aspects of projects. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Engaging directly with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to meet client needs effectively. Utilising your skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tedds, and Mathseries (or other relevant software like STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, SAFE). Appling your knowledge of relevant codes (BS, Eurocodes, H&S, Planning regulations) across all elements of structural and civil engineering. Attending site meetings during the construction phase to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings. Responding to design queries and contribute to health and safety files. Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Promote continuous learning and development within the team. The successful Civil/Structural Engineer will have: Strong background in civil or structural engineering with experience in project management. Ability to manage multiple assignments and consistently achieve results. Proficiency in key engineering software and adaptable to learning new tools as needed. Demonstrated ability to maintain effective client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Financially aware and capable of working within commercial constraints. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable adapting to client needs and project requirements.
