About the Role:
As a Healthcare Recruitment Administrator, you will be a key part of our recruitment team, ensuring smooth operations and providing vital support to both clients and candidates. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will help us deliver outstanding recruitment services to the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the administration of the recruitment process, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate documentation.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting consultants in sourcing and onboarding candidates.
• Responding to client and candidate queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
• Ensuring adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative role (recruitment or healthcare experience is a plus but not essential).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management software (or a willingness to learn).
