Behaviour Manager – Supporting Secondary and SEN Schools
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £140 per day (with opportunity to rise)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you a qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for supporting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive learning environment? We are seeking a Behaviour Manager to work across secondary and SEN schools in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities:
* Support and manage student behaviour across a range of educational settings, including secondary and SEN schools.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to address individual student needs.
* Provide guidance and intervention to support students displaying challenging behaviours.
Minimum Requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential for this role.
* Proven experience managing and improving student behaviour in an educational setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to challenging situations.
