The post holder will be responsible for providing expert training and support to students with a range of disabilities and additional study needs in the use of assistive technology to enhance their learning. They will keep up to date with the latest developments in disability assistive technology equipment and software, ensuring that best practice recommendations made through the DSA Needs Assessment Centre will have a positive impact on the experience of our students.
The post holder will also be responsible for the management of Student Wellbeing loan software licenses and assistive technology equipment, ensuring this is tracked and returned.
Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
