Exciting news! We are opening a new 7 bedroom supported living service in June 2025 in West Bridgford.
We will be supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing:
• You will be flexible as shifts will involve a mixture of earlies, lates, long days, waking nights, and sleep-ins. Weekend and Bank holiday working will be required.
• To support the Manager in their absence, overseeing the day-to-day running of the service.
• Ensure the service runs efficiently based on the needs of the people we support, operation, company objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• To take day to day responsibility for the duration of the shift and delegate tasks to Support Workers as agreed with the Service Manager.
• Assist in the leadership, support, and supervision of the staff team as delegated by the Service Manager.
• Assist in devising staff rotas and covering of shifts in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in the On-Call rota to provide support when required by the Service Manager.
• Promoting independence with the people we support with all aspects of personal care, cooking, cleaning, key working, and general life skills
Who you are:
• You are an existing Senior Support Worker or a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting adults/young people/children with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
• You will hold an NVQ Level 2 or Diploma in Health & Social Care or have a willingness to achieve.
• You will have the flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleep-in duties.
• You will have the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Drivers preferred but not essential.
