Your FinTech adventure begins here The role As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients. Your proactive and strategic approach will contribute to expanding our client base and solidifying our position in the market. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales. What do we want to achieve together? Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, and emails, in order to identify and connect with potential automotive dealership clients in the United Kingdom. Qualify leads through effective discovery conversations, understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if there is a strong alignment with our products and solutions. Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Managers and the Sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications using our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively communicate Infinit's value proposition to potential clients. Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies. What do you need to be successful in this role? 1-2 years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative or related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, or Polish is a plus. Proven ability to initiate conversations with potential clients and navigate initial objections to create meaningful interactions. Self-motivated and driven by results, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous. Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
