Area Technical Sales Manager - Roofing and Waterproofing Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the roofing and waterproofing industry. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building surveyors and local authorities
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers on roofing and waterproofing solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales or a related field
* Strong understanding of roofing systems and waterproofing technologies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
