We are looking for an Operations and Process Improvement Manager to join our UK Education Business, supporting the optimisation of operational processes. This role will play a vital part in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness, working closely with teams across the business to enhance workflows, data quality, and overall operational performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining data flows between our international education centres and central functions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the information that drives key operational processes. By analysing workflows and identifying inefficiencies, you will develop and implement improvements that support a seamless student experience and drive operational excellence. Creating standard operating procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and internal guides will also be a key focus, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistency in processes across the unit.
Collaboration will be central to this role, working closely with the Operations Manager, Data Manager, and other senior stakeholders to support the operationalisation of new and existing products. You will also partner with the Director of Student Experience and Direct Entry Operations to align processes with student needs, as well as the Director of Regulatory Compliance to uphold high compliance standards. Additionally, you’ll maintain strong communication with UK centres, ensuring processes are well understood and effectively implemented.
